The AELUS air separator is the perfect solution to remove light plastics and make composting even more effective, affordable and practical.
With its state-of-the-art technology, it hoovers plastic from the compost oversize into a container, removing up to 95 % of light plastic contamination under ideal conditions. Equipped with a 3.5 m3 hopper, it can operate as a standalone unit or seamlessly integrate with a screening station. Additional features, like a head pully magnet that transforms the conveyor belt into a magnetic separator, and a stone trap, allow it to remove ferrous metals as well as stones.
Designed for maximum flexibility, the AELUS air separator adapts to various setups with options to load materials directly via a loader or conveyor belt. If there is no other power supply available, AELUS can simply be connected with a mounted PTO driven or engine driven power generator.
Fully mobile, it can be easily transported between sites using a tractor, making it the ultimate solution for efficient composting.
